Part Two: Core Challenges and Innovative Solutions

Challenge 1：The conventional process cannot meet the construction period requirements

Problem Description:

During the construction of the project, it was affected by the epidemic. The delivery time between the podium and the main building was tight. The podium needed construction elevators, and the three major components of the main building's elevators were imported, resulting in a long construction period.
Our solution: Place orders in advance to complete production and delivery.

1How to Ensure Delivery

The conventional practice is "completion of civil engineering → signature and seal confirmation of hoistway dimensions → placement of production orders → on-site installation". However, due to the tight construction period of the podium and the imported components of the main building's elevators, following the conventional process of waiting for the hoistway to be fully formed before placing production orders would severely hinder the construction and further affect the delivery of the entire project. We had to change the approach: after the civil engineering team confirmed the final version of the drawings, we placed production orders in advance when the hoistway was still unformed. Meanwhile, we tracked the hoistway construction progress and construction dimensions in real time to ensure there were no other rectification issues during the subsequent on-site installation.

2How to Deliver Goods to the Construction Site During the Epidemic

To comply with the national epidemic prevention policies and confirm the elevator delivery time, we communicated with the relevant authorities in advance on how to unload the goods at the project site and gave priority to completing the formalities.
Results: We completed the installation in the order required by the Party A, prioritized the acceptance of one elevator for temporary use, and successfully delivered the project.

Challenge 2：Tidal Phenomenon of Passenger Flow During Peak Hours

Problem Description:

During the morning rush hour and lunch break, passenger flow is concentrated in the restaurant area on the middle floors, leading to "stops on every floor" for elevators and low efficiency.
The visitor mode is mixed with the office staff mode, and the scheduling strategy is single.
Our solution: Install an additional elevator system.

Add the ELINK system to the four elevators in the office building

Through this ELINK equipment addition project, the elevators will be able to realize an intelligent elevator operation mode. Setting the peak-hour mode enables the automatic elevator grouping function, and the ELINK equipment performs overall data calculation for all elevators to improve operation efficiency. The system has a faster response speed and higher operation efficiency.

Achievement Display

Installing and implementing the ELINK equipment will greatly improve elevator operation efficiency. Additionally, the ELINK equipment can monitor the elevator operation status in real time, display the floor location when an elevator malfunctions, and the database can also monitor elevator usage efficiency. This enhances the overall operation quality of the elevators and ensures their safe operation.
