New Factory Area of Nantong Tongzhou Wotai (Wotai New Energy Project)
The New Factory Area of Nantong Tongzhou Wotai (Wotai New Energy Project) is located at No. 1086 Bihua Road, Tongzhou District (within Nantong High-Tech Zone). As a locally incubated technology and talent project, it started construction in 2022 and was put into production in 2023, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, a planned land area of 100 mu (approximately 66,667 square meters). The first phase covers an area of 60 mu (approximately 40,000 square meters) and has a construction area of 50,000 square meters.
Focusing on the energy storage industry, the factory’s core business includes the R&D and production of new energy storage systems, as well as the echelon utilization of waste power batteries. It has an annual output of 70,000 sets of energy storage systems and can handle 10,000 tons of waste lithium batteries per year. After reaching full production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual taxable sales volume of 800 million yuan. Meanwhile, the factory integrates facilities such as photovoltaics and charging piles, and relies on its independent low-carbon smart park platform to build a "park-level" virtual power plant, realizing the coordinated optimization of source-grid-load-storage. -
Nantong Ruixiang New Materials
Nantong Ruixiang New Materials (full name: Nantong Ruixiang New Materials Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2006 in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a high-tech enterprise controlled by Jinchuan Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, with a registered capital of 657 million yuan.

Eastern Smart Valley in Nantong (full name: CECC Eastern Smart Valley Industrial Park) is located near Shilun Road, Chongchuan Economic Development Zone. It is co-developed by CEG Valley (affiliated to China Electronics Corporation) and Caihong Group. Covering an area of 259 mu (approximately 172,667 square meters), the project has a total construction area of about 310,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan. Constructed in multiple phases, the third phase has been completed, while the fourth phase is currently in progress.
The industrial park focuses on industries such as the new-generation electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, and equipment manufacturing. Adopting the "industry going upstairs" model, it builds an urban industrial complex integrating production, R&D, and office functions, with supporting facilities including a multi-story parking building and a green energy-saving system. Following the "construction and investment promotion in parallel" model, nearly 40 enterprises have settled in the park. After the entire project is fully completed, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan and provide nearly 5,000 job opportunities. -

Nalinke New Materials (full name: Nalinke New Materials (Nantong) Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Shanghai Nalinwei Technology Co., Ltd.—a leading "zhuanjingtexin" (specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative) enterprise in the new materials field. It is located in Haimen District, Nantong.
The company focuses on the R&D and production of high-performance window films and PET functional optical films.
