Suqian Vanke Future Light Kindergarten
Suqian Vanke Future Light Kindergarten was established on July 5, 2021. Located south of the west gate of Xiyuan (West Garden) in Vanke Future Light, it covers a land area of 9,248 square meters and a building area of 7,048.74 square meters, specifically at the southwest corner of Vanke Xiyuan. With convenient transportation around, the kindergarten was put into use in the autumn semester of 2021. Its business scope is to provide care and education services for preschool children. As a high-quality public kindergarten invested and founded by the Administrative Committee of Suxu Industrial Park, its vision is to build a community full of love and respect.

Suqian Huangshan Road Middle School and Special Education Center
Suqian Huangshan Road Middle School and Special Education Center are two adjacent schools located in Suyu District, Suqian City. Among them, Huangshan Road Middle School is a public junior high school, and the Special Education Center is a special education school. Both schools are situated in Suyu District, Suqian City, bounded by Changjiang Road to the east, Tianzhushan Road to the south, Jiulongjiang Road to the west, and Hengshan Road to the north. Huangshan Road Junior High School is planned to be built as a public junior high school with 12 teaching tracks, 36 classes and 1,800 student seats, covering a land area of 50,535.33 square meters and a total construction area of 51,343.9 square meters. The Special Education School is planned to be built with 25 classes, covering a land area of 29,537.61 square meters and a total construction area of 27,956.27 square meters. The total construction area of the two schools is 80,977 square meters.

Suqian Funeral Parlor
Suqian Funeral Parlor is a public welfare funeral service institution operated under the mode of "government guidance and state-owned enterprise operation", and is managed by the Municipal Industrial Development Group. It will complete the relocation in 2025. The new venue is located in Lilong Town, Suyu District, while the old venue (near the intersection of Shiying Road and Santai Mountain Avenue) retains basic services. Covering an area of more than 150 mu (about 100,000 square meters), the new venue is built in the style of Han Dynasty sacrificial rituals. It has functional areas such as business, remains disposal, mourning and cremation, integrating "funeral preparation, funeral service and memorial ceremony". Equipped with modern equipment, it mainly provides services including remains collection and transportation, cremation and ashes storage. It implements open and public charging standards, offers funeral fee reductions or exemptions for five-guarantee households and subsistence allowance recipients, and strives to provide professional and people-benefiting services.

Suqian Daily Press
Suqian Daily Press is a public institution directly under the Communist Party of China (CPC) Suqian Municipal Committee. It was established in 1996 along with the founding of prefecture-level Suqian City. As a regional mainstream Party media, it has built an all-media communication system covering more than 30 carriers including Suqian Daily, Suqian Evening News, Suqian Network and SuNews Client, forming a pattern of "newspapers, websites, apps, WeChat and screens". In 2023, it launched the "Subao Cloud" smart integrated media platform. Its core functions include conducting publicity around the work of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, responding to people's livelihood concerns and playing the role of public opinion supervision through columns such as "First-line Investigation" and "Complaints Handled Promptly", as well as planning cultural and tourism activities and developing cultural and creative products to support local development. It is an important position for telling Suqian stories well and spreading mainstream voices.

Suqian International Hotel
Suqian International Hotel is a tourist hotel and a wholly-owned subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise. Established in 2000, it will complete renovation and upgrading in 2025. Located at No. 2470 Fazhan Avenue, Sucheng District, adjacent to the Ancient Yellow River Water Scenic Park, it sits in the core area of the urban district with convenient transportation. The hotel mainly provides accommodation, catering and conference services. It currently has more than 200 guest rooms, 8 meeting rooms (capable of hosting multi-person events) and 22 private dining rooms, with supporting facilities such as an underground parking lot and charging piles. It has won honors including "National Youth Civilization" and "Famous Catering Restaurant in Jiangsu Province", and is an important reception service window in the region.

Suqian No.1 Senior High School
Suqian No.1 Senior High School is a public senior high school directly under Suqian Municipal Government. It officially started enrolling students in September 2022 and is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone. Covering an area of 169 mu (about 112,667 square meters), it is built in accordance with provincial standards, with 20 teaching tracks, 60 classes and a capacity of 3,000 students. The campus is equipped with modern facilities such as an intelligent robot laboratory and a library. The buildings are arranged in a garden-style layout, and the teaching areas are seamlessly connected by corridors. Its teaching staff consists of backbone teachers from key municipal schools and outstanding graduates. Since its establishment, the undergraduate admission rate has remained above 90%. In the 2025 college entrance examination, the admission rate to first-tier undergraduate universities was 63.95% and the undergraduate admission rate was 91.85%. It is a representative senior high school in the region.

The New Fourth Army in Sihong
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Sihong was an important activity area of the New Fourth Army. With the 4th Division of the New Fourth Army as the main force, generals such as Peng Xuefeng once led their troops to establish an anti-Japanese base area here, and the division headquarters was stationed in Bancheng Town for a time. The troops carried out guerrilla warfare here, mobilized the masses to support the war, established political power, developed production, guarded the anti-Japanese forces in the Jianghuai region, laid the foundation for the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and also left a rich red heritage.

Sihong Shuanggou Hospital
Founded in 2005, Sihong Shuanggou Hospital is located on the north side of the connecting line of Nanjing-Suqian-Xuzhou Expressway in Shuanggou Town, Sihong County, and is a private non-enterprise unit. The hospital covers multiple medical and treatment departments such as internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and traditional Chinese medicine, and provides basic medical services and preventive health care services.
